Tacloban City, Leyte - EVHRDC's newly created committee, the Structure, Organization, Monitoring and Evaluation Committee (SOMEC) assembled at DOST Conference Room and held its first quarter meeting for CY 2018 and planed the committee's deliverables for the year last March 21, 2018.
All members and chair of five, in the name of Dr. Othello B. Capuno of VSU, Dr. Flaviano Sentina of PIT, Dr. Nestor Sedanza of LNU, Ms. Josephine Hipe of PITAHC, and Dr. Estrella de Dios of PAMET graced the meeting with their presence. Ms. Hipe, the Chair of the Committee spearheaded in the conduct of the meeting.
Ended at 1pm, assessment and evaluation tools/ instruments were drafted as outputs. These will be presented and proposed at ExeCom level for appoval.

This year, SOMEC will prove that the consortium did not made the wrong decision of creating such as they showcase new ideas and initiatives all for the betterment of EVHRDC.
