"BEST MENTOR IN HEALTH RESEARCH AWARD"
Recognizes excellence in mentorship that instills passion among researchers, redounding to enhanced relevance and productivity in health research. Given to recognize the vital role of the research mentor who selflessly shares knowledge and skills, inculcates values and attitudes, and inspires those involved in the research process, thereby creating an enabling environment and contributing to capacity-building in research
WHO CAN BE NOMINATED:
- The search is open to all Filipino citizen actively involved in mentoring researchers/students or colleagues for at least 5 years. Past winners cannot be nominated.
WHO CAN NOMINATE:
- Nominations can be made by heads of institutions, immediate supervisor/s, colleague/s, trainee/s, or student/advisee. Self-nomination is not allowed.
INCENTIVES:
- Winners will receive a plaque of appreciation and cash incentives (PhP 100,000 for each of the cluster winners and PhP 200,000 for the National winner)
