The Eastern Visayas Health Research Consortium (EVHRDC) held a two-day workshop on April 29–30, 2025, at Hotel Alejandro in Tacloban City to review and update its Manual of Operations. The Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) has been awarded a ₱310,000 research grant from the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) to support a study entitled: “Psychological Stress, Suicidal Ideation, and Coping Mechanisms among Students in Selected Tertiary Academic Institutions in Eastern Visayas,”.
